  • ARE THE TOLLS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
    No, the price you see is without a toll.

To/From some areas there are toll lanes available. We use the toll lanes only with passenger approval and we add the cost of tolls to the final price!

Our drivers reserve the right to take the best route due to traffic/weather conditions.

  • HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
    Reservations can be made online by clicking on the Reservation link or you can call our helpful reservation agents at 949-313-8626.
  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    In order to cancel your reservation, please call 949-313-8626 at least 24 hours prior to your pickup time. Otherwise, 50% of the total amount on your reservation form will be charged.
  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
    You may pay the driver at the time the service is provided. The driver will accept cash, all major credt/debit cards. You may also prepay by calling our reservation department.
  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
    We require all reservations to be made at least 48 hours in advance if booked via our online reservation system. However, we try to accommodate reservations with less notice as well. For assistance, please call 949-313-8626.
  • IS PRE-PAYMENT REQUIRED?
    No. There is no need to prepay a reservation unless you would like to. We require a credit card number to hold the reservation and fulfill the cancellation policy. You may also prepay by calling our reservation department.
  • HOW MANY PIECES OF LUGGAGE AM I ALLOWED TO CARRY?
    Our luggage requirements are 2 standard size suitcases (less than 63 inches as measured by the height+width+length and less than 51 lbs) per person. An extra charge will apply for oversized or overweight luggage, bikes, skis, snowboards, surfboards and golf bags. Please call for a quote.
  • DOES THE SHUTTLE SERVICE CHARGE INCLUDE A GRATUITY?
    No, the fare we quote for our ride services does not include a gratuity. We recommend 15%-20%.
  • WHICH AIRPORTS DO YOU SERVE?
    New Jersey Airport Shuttle is a local business located in Tustin, CA. We serve almost everywhere on a charter basis, including the financial and cultural centers of Los Angeles. Our share ride service operates to and from SNA, LGB, LAX Airports. To find out more about our services click on the Prices link.
  • WHERE DO YOU PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT?
    Pickups from airports are made at a specific “pickup” point (designated by the airport officials). Passengers are required to call us at 949-313-8626 as soon as they arrive at the airport and before they claim their luggage to inform us of their arrival. The dispatcher will let you know which van number to look out for. Our gray/white color vans will meet you at one of the locations listed on the airport pickup procedures link.
  • WILL MY BICYCLE BOX FIT INTO THE VANS?
    When traveling with a bicycle box, make sure you let us know because we have to reserve a charter van exclusively for you. Share-ride service is not available because of the large size of the bicycle boxes.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE BABY BOOSTER SEATS?
    Baby booster seats are provided only prearranged. Please let us know the age and pounds of the child.
  • CAN I BRING MY PET WITH ME?
    Of course, but please let our reservation agents know in advance because it is necessary to reserve an exclusive van or sedan for transportation to or from airport. Please call 949-313-8626 for a quote or to make reservations.
